HAAB Direct Source operates in strategic cooperation with OEA ENERGY LLC (USA) under an official Authorized Commercial Representation & Compliance Engagement Agreement.
In this capacity:

• Hossein Azadi serves as the Commercial Representative of OEA ENERGY for international fuel and commodity transactions.

• He also acts as the Chief Compliance Officer (External) supporting OEA’s international trade operations.

HAAB and OEA work together on selected global transactions with full alignment in:

• Legal compliance

• Due-diligence

• Documentation

• Buyer/Seller verification

• Transaction execution & oversight

This cooperation allows both organizations to deliver secure, compliant, and professionally structured international trade operations.
